Tapenade

Mix in a foodprocessor: black and green olives (pitted saves a lot of time!), sundried tomatoes, boiled egg, parsley and some harissa (Puréed red pepper). Run the machine while adding olive oil for smoothness.
Serve on wholewheat toasted bread with a glass of red or white wine on the summer terrace!
