Salade de Carrottes

-
carrots
raisins
shallots
apple
parsley
cider vinaigre
olive oil
mustard
salt, pepper

Soak the raisins in the vinaigre for a few hours. Add the mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Mix with grated carrots and apple and minced shallots.

Simple!
