Another Broccoli Stalks Soup

Fry thinly sliced onion in oil.
Add peeled and cleaned broccoli stalks, cut in pieces. Sauté.
Pour vegetable stock or water and salt over it.
Boil until tender.
Stir in a tablespoonful of peanut sauce, or peanut butter with Indian spices.
Puree the soup and serve piping hot.
