R. made the most delicious dip the other day. And o, so simple.
Mini mash artichoke hearts, left over from topping your pizza. Add equal amounts of mayonaise and yoghurt to taste. Salt and pepper, if you think it needs it. But it needs very little, as the artichokes are very tasty of themselves.
Dip totilla chips in it.
