Tortilla snack

We had this dish as one of the tapas at the graduation dinner of our daughter. This is more or less what it was like.

Cover a plate with plain tortilla chips. Sprinkle generously with soft melting cheese (grated young Gouda for example). Slide in the oven (150°C/300°F) for 10 minutes. Serve with a big dollop of crème fraîche or sour cream mixed with chopped chives.
