Cold Tomato Soup

-
garlic
shallots
tasty, juicy tomatoes
lemon juice
herbs like basil or tarragon or parsley
salt and pepper
a piece of red chili pepper or a dash of "harissa" (red pepper paste)
a slosh of olive oil

Mix all ingredients together in a foodprocessor and cool for a few hours. Eat come ├ža, or with a slice of dark brown bread.
