Potatoes, Anchovis and Onions

This is a delicious recipe:
Scrub new potatoes and cut to reasonable size. Mix with sliced onions, a can of chopped anchovis (discard the oil; it is usually not so nice), olive oil and pepper.
Roast in a hot oven. After about ten minutes add double cream.
When done the potatoes should be soft, the anchovis all but disappeared and the cream caramelized.
