Smoked Salmon Starter

Dress the plates with smoked salmon strips and a pile of rocket.
Drizzle a mixture of lemon juice and sweet soysauc (ketjap manis) over it. If you cannot get the sweet variety, try tamari and honey. The mixture should be such, that the sweet and the sour are balanced with the saltiness of the soysauce.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
